Return Policy

1. General Principle

All products are made on demand. Returns are strictly limited to the conditions described below.
No exchanges are offered.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

2. European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from delivery. To exercise this right, customers must notify DRAMA STUDIOS at: shop[- a t ( @ ) – ]studiosdrama.com within the 14-day period.

3. Return Authorization Process

Returns are accepted only after prior written approval from DRAMA STUDIOS.
Customers must not return any product without receiving:

  • Written confirmation of approval
  • The designated return address
  • The return address may vary depending on the production facility and may correspond to a third-party logistics provider.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

4. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
  • Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected by the designated facility.
  • If the returned product does not meet the required conditions, the refund may be refused.
  • Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days from receipt and validation of the returned product.

5. Customers Outside the European Union

  • For customers located outside the European Union, returns are not accepted for:
  • Change of mind
  • Size issues
  • Personal preference
  • Returns are accepted only in case of defective or incorrect products.

6.Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact DRAMA STUDIOS within fourteen (14) days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
Upon validation, DRAMA STUDIOS may offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund if replacement is not possible
  • No return is required unless explicitly requested.

7. Abuse Prevention

DRAMA STUDIOS reserves the right to:

  • Refuse future orders
  • Limit return rights
  • Cancel pending orders
  • Suspend access to the store in cases of excessive, repeated, or abusive return behavior.
