Job Applicants: Verification of Stated Professional Experience

To assess your professional skills, Drama Studios may consult public video game credit databases, in particular MobyGames, to verify the titles you state you have worked on.

The only information that may be added to your application file is the game title, its release year, the credited role, and the link to the corresponding public entry. No other data is collected from these sources.

This processing relies on our legitimate interest in verifying the professional information you provide. It is accessed only by the people in charge of recruitment, is not subject to any automated decision-making, and is not used to filter or rank applications. The absence of a result in these databases is never treated as an unfavorable factor.

Application files, including this information, are kept for two years after our last contact with you, then deleted. You may at any time request access to this information, ask for it to be corrected or erased, or object to this processing, by writing to dpo@studiosdrama.com.
