Terms and conditons of sale

2. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the DRAMA STUDIOS online store.

By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

3. Products

Products offered for sale are official DRAMA STUDIOS merchandise. All products are manufactured on demand after the order is confirmed.

Due to the made-to-order production process:

  • Minor variations in color or positioning may occur
  • Products may slightly differ from on-screen visuals. These differences do not constitute defects.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include French VAT (TTC). Prices applicable are those displayed at the time of order confirmation.
DRAMA STUDIOS reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

For customers outside the European Union: Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
The order is considered final only after successful payment authorization. DRAMA STUDIOS does not store payment card information. In case of payment refusal or fraud suspicion, the order may be canceled.

6. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer upon full payment. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

7. Order Confirmation

After payment validation, the customer receives an order confirmation email. DRAMA STUDIOS reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of:

  • Payment issues
  • Fraud suspicion
  • Abusive return behavior
  • Previous disputes

8. Delivery

Products are manufactured on demand. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:

  • Destination
  • Carrier performance
  • Customs processing

Delivery delays do not justify cancellation or compensation.
DRAMA STUDIOS is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days from delivery.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify DRAMA STUDIOS at: shop [@ at-] studiosdrama.com

Returned products must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and validation of the returned product.

10. Returns Outside the European Union

For customers located outside the European Union, returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size issues

Returns are accepted only in case of defective or incorrect products.

11. No Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of the products, exchanges are not offered. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

12. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives defective or incorrect, the customer must contact DRAMA STUDIOS within fourteen (14) days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
Upon validation, DRAMA STUDIOS may offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund if replacement is not possible

13. Abuse Prevention

DRAMA STUDIOS reserves the right to:

  • Refuse future orders
  • Limit return rights
  • Cancel pending orders
  • Suspend access to the store in cases of excessive, repeated, or abusive return behavior.

14. Limitation of Liability

DRAMA STUDIOS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of profit
  • Consequential damages
  • Third-party actions
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded under applicable law.

15. Chargeback Prevention

By placing an order, the customer agrees not to initiate unjustified chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent banning from the store and possible legal action.

16. Events beyond reasonable control

DRAMA STUDIOS shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Governmental actions

17. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the DRAMA STUDIOS Privacy Policy.

18. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. For consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain applicable.

In case of dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
